Now onto week 8 of the review of the 80 Bites Diet. I am happy to have learned that 80 Bites does not categorize foods as "good" or "bad". When it comes to whether it's carbs, butter, red meat or sugar foods are not necessarily forbidden. This is great news for many dieters because this means you won't have to avoid certain foods and have a bland diet. 80 Bites simply looks at how foods fit into a balanced meal so when you have quantity and frequency under control quality will play less of a role in weight loss.
80 Bites has made it easy whether you're grocery shopping or ordering off of the menu you'll know what combinations of food to choose. I learned how to create a balanced meal and snack during week 7 so now it's just a matter of choosing the right foods within the categories so I will have quality foods. These decisions won't be hard to make and I won't have to avoid certain foods like many diets out there so I am very excited.
80 Bites allows me to be in control, whether I want a piece of cake or a steak as long as I stick to the 80 Bites meal building blocks, anything goes! Now I just need to be focused and make smart choices, as well as keep counting my bites and keep them under that magic number and chew my food thoroughly and the foods I choose will become a balanced meal and the pounds will keep coming off.
This week I'm down 2 more pounds minus the 8 pounds I lost after the four days back from vacation so I'm back down 10 more pounds-for a total of 15 pounds lost on the 80 bites Diet. Hurray!
