Taylor Bluetooth Fat Smart Scale Review #BodyFatScale #Fitness

If you're watching your weight and body fat and you're looking to invest in a scale then one you should check into is the Taylor Bluetooth Body Fat Smart ScaleThere are many benefits to having this particular scale as you can weigh, sync, track and set your goals. It comes with CalMax, Body Fat and Composition Analyzer and the Athlete Mode. This Smart Scale measures weight, calculates body fat, muscle mass and body water and its accurate!

The Taylor Bluetooth Fat Smart Scale will help you keep track of your goals and set goals.
You can just use the scale on its own or use it with one of the downloadable apps it supports. There is now no more writing your numbers down and trying to keep track of your paper this scale in conjunction with the app will store it in the app you have on your phone.

This scale is compatible with the RunKeeper, MapMyFitness and my favorite MyFitnessPal as well as other popular apps.  It's very simple set up and to use the scale with the apps and the scale is accurate. If you have an IOS or Android device simply sync your data to your mobile device or table with the Bluetooth 4.0 technology.

The Taylor Body Fat Scale I received is black it has a 2" LCD Readout its glass platform
is 11.8" x 11.8" and its easy to clean with baby wipes or Lysol wipes.  This scale can store up to 8 peoples information in its memory. It also has a weight capacity of up to 400 lbs.

How to use the scale:

You set your height, weight, activity level and your weight preferences are available in pounds, metrics or stones all from your phone and you pick a profile.

How to use the scale with one of the supporting apps:

The first step in using the app is  you need to step on the scale first and press SET, then you choose your profile such as P1 for person 1. The next step is you let the scale calculate the the scales shuts off. The Bluetooth icon will appear which means its connected to your phone. There is an icon on the scale that appears which means that the information from the scale has transferred from to your phone to your app.

Cal-Max function estimates the number of calories required based on your body composition and user entered personal data. This tool can be used as a guide when setting daily calorie goals during weight loss and exercise programs.

Body Fat and Composition Analyzer estimates body fat and body water percentage to 0.1% graduation and muscle mass in 0.1% increments.

Athlete Mode BIA (Bioelectrical Impedance Analysis) technology precisely estimates your body fat percentage. This breakthrough method translates its analysts into easy-to-understand information. The BIA method of estimating body fat percentage can overestimate the body fat of elite and professional athletes due to their bone density and level of hydration. Allow the selection of Athlete Mode takes this into consideration and estimates their body fat accordingly. Elite athletes are defined as those who train 3 times per week, at 2 hours each occurrence.

I really love this scale and the only improvement I'd like to see in this scale would be to have the ability to read visceral fat, physique and metabolic age. I do have a scale that does that but it's not Bluetooth compatible. I use my other scale for Wellness Evaluations as I am an Independent Herbalife Distributor and Coach, but my other scale only goes up to 330 lbs so this scale will come in handy as its capacity is 400 and I like the fact that it sends the info to my favorite fitness apps.

If you''re improving your health and want to see how you are achieving your goals with a more high tech scale than with a simple standard scale that doesn't show you what your body is really doing pick up the Taylor Bluetooth Fat Smart Scale its worth the investment. An exceptional value at only $49.95, this Smart Scale reinforces the belief that weight management is not a quick fix but part of a long term commitment to a healthy lifestyle.

Note: Requires iOS 8.0 or later. Compatible with iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch. This app is optimized for iPhone 5 and above and Android operating system 3.0 and up. Must have Bluetooth 4.0 and above.
